Welcome to the Spring Term. We hope you all had an amazing Christmas and wish all our families a very happy new year. We are really excited to kick start our new exciting Topic: Vicious Vikings and we can’t wait to share the children’s amazing work with you all. In English, we will be writing newspaper reports based, which will be based on the battle of Lindisfarne and the children will be publishing these as their very own newspaper page.

Internet safety day - as part of our internet safety awareness day, the children carefully considered the positives and negatives of different social media platforms and then thought about the advice they would give someone who was thinking about joining or getting one of the Apps or devices. I was impressed with the children’s awareness and maturity during the discussion and activities.

acidic - sour, bitter or cutting with the characteristics of an acid. Acidic humour is very unkind, hurtful or critical.
