Digestion
Check out our amazing double page spreads which explain the inner workings of our digestive systems. The children have been working super hard in English in order to ensure their final explanations would be packed full of the correct text features. They couldn’t wait to put their newly developed skills to good use in a big ‘independent’ writing session and we were all thrilled with the results!

We really enjoyed recreating the digestion process, with the help of a pair of tights, a zip lock bag, a knife and fork, chocolate cake, water, orange juice, crackers and a banana!!
