A Story and Challenge from Miss Retallick
Literacy
Take a look outside your window and write down what you can see. Remember to practice the sentence in your head first and use a capital letter to start, finger spaces and a full stop at the end. I can't wait to hear what you can see Year 1!
Maths
For our maths work today you will need to find the 'Elmer' sheet in your paper pack. You are going to use objects to help you find out the answers to the addition and subtraction number sentences so you can colour in Elmer in the correct colours! Happy calculating!

Today Year 1 you are going to practice your reading skills to match each caption to the correct picture!
Topic
Todays challenge is to create an obstacle course/activity path. You could do this outside using chalk or inside using paper. Think of different activities you can do e.g. jump, dance, spin, hop etc and create a path. We can't wait to see your activity paths!
