Bubbles of Gratitude. Every day, we can raise a smile and feel calm simply by acknowledging all the wonderous things in our lives that we are grateful for. Particularly while at home and separated from our loved ones and distanced from the things we enjoy, this is an even more powerful way of relieving some stress and bringing a sense of calm. We have created some bubbles of gratitude to recognise the things we are grateful for. The bubbles can be big or tiny, something that you experienced just once or something you experience daily...
