Amazing Africa!
We had lots of fun beginning our exciting African Adventure! We enjoyed learning key facts about Africa, creating and making a South African flag and an African pasta necklace.

Magnificent Maths!
We have been very busy! We have covered a balloon using Paper Mache. Once that had dried we then painted it a base colour. When this dries we are going to add more details. Can you guess what we are making....?

Sculpture Exploring!
Today we learned all about what sculpture is and the different materials we can use to create sculptures. We then enjoyed our first clay session. We spent time exploring the clay by rolling it into a ball, pinching it, joining it together and smoothing it over and using tools to carve patterns into it.
Following on from our clay exploration we have designed and made our own African necklace!
