We are going to make some aliens today! First of all, meet our aliens. Can you read the sentences about them? Have a go!
Now, can you create your own alien! You need to draw a picture of it, give it a name and write some captions about your alien.
Start your caption with 'I am ....'
Remember the tricky word 'I' and finger spaces between your words. Don't forget the full stop at the end of your sentence.
Today we are going to look at 3D shapes. Get the sheet from your home learning pack and sort the pictures of objects into the correct shape. For example: a glue stick is a cylinder.
If you have any of these are real objects around your house, it would be helpful for your child to hold these so they can see it. It will help consolidate their learning.
See if you can tell your grown ups which shapes the pictures are below!
Please choose from the Space Pick and Mix activities.
