What are we getting up to?
Our Christmas topic is called 'Christmas Around The World'. Each group were given a country and they worked hard to research and present a poster about how that country celebrates Christmas. The children then made Christmas trees and decorated them in the style of their given country. All the groups worked really hard and today we had our own mini Christmas tree festival. Christmas Dinner and Mini Fair!
5H Santa Dash
The children really enjoyed doing their Santa Dash this afternoon. The weather threatened to rain but thankfully it held off. Consequently, the conditions were ideal for a dash around the school's running track.
Father Christmas led the warm-up with some festive moves including; flapping turkeys, waddling penguins, cracker pulling and galloping reindeers!
